Refund Window

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Request a refund within 14 days of your most recent payment
  • Refunds are processed for the current billing period only
  • Future charges will be cancelled

Lifetime Plans

  • Request a refund within 30 days of your purchase
  • After 30 days, all lifetime plan sales are final
  • This extended window ensures you have adequate time to evaluate the service

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within the applicable refund window
  • Include your account email and payment details in your request
  • Our team will process approved refunds within 3-5 business days

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally approved if:

  • Requested within the refund window (14 or 30 days)
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • There is no evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Request is outside the refund window
  • Account shows evidence of abuse (excessive API usage, ToS violations, etc.)
  • Service was used for prohibited purposes
  • Multiple refund requests from same user (refund abuse)

Upgrading from Monthly/Yearly to Lifetime

Important: When you upgrade from a monthly or yearly subscription to a lifetime plan:

  • Your recurring subscription is cancelled immediately
  • You are charged the full lifetime plan price
  • No refund or credit is provided for your unused subscription period
  • Lifetime access begins immediately with no future charges

Please ensure you want to make this change before purchasing a lifetime plan.

Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider and merchant of record)
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • International transactions may take up to 10 business days

Account Termination for Abuse

If your account is terminated for abuse or violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be issued for lifetime plans
  • No prorated refunds for monthly/yearly subscriptions
  • All access to your data and the service will be revoked
  • Appeals can be submitted to our support team
