Your profile page lets you manage your personal information and account security. Here’s how to update your details:
Update Your Personal Information
You can update your first name, last name, and email address at any time. Keeping your information current ensures you receive important notifications and can recover your account if needed.
What You Can Update:
- First Name - Your given name
- Last Name - Your family name
- Email Address - Where you receive notifications and account updates
Make sure your email address is one you check regularly, as this is how we’ll contact you about important account matters.
Change Your Password
For added security, you can change your account password at any time. Choose a strong, unique password to keep your account safe.
Password Requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include numbers and special characters
- Don’t reuse old passwords
When to Change Your Password:
- If you suspect your account may have been compromised
- Every few months as a security best practice
- If you’ve shared your password with someone
- After using your account on a public or shared computer
