Finding the Feedback System

Locate the “Need Help” Button

The feedback system is always accessible from your dashboard:

  • Location: Left sidebar navigation
  • Icon: Question mark or help icon
  • Label: “Need Help”
  • Always visible: Available on every page in your dashboard

Types of Feedback You Can Submit

🎯 New Feature Request

Use this when you want to suggest improvements or new features:

  • Ideas for better organization
  • New integrations you’d like to see
  • Workflow improvements
  • Interface enhancements

🐛 Bug Report

Use this when something isn’t working correctly:

  • Error messages or crashes
  • Features not behaving as expected
  • Loading issues or slow performance
  • Display problems

❓ Question

Use this when you need help understanding how something works:

  • How to accomplish a specific task
  • Understanding settings or features
  • Billing or account questions
  • General usage guidance

💬 Other

Use this for everything else:

  • General feedback
  • Compliments or praise
  • Suggestions that don’t fit other categories
  • Account-specific requests

Tips for Better Feedback

Be Specific

Instead of: “The app is slow”

Try: “When I upload documents larger than 10MB, the progress bar gets stuck at 50% and takes over 5 minutes to complete”

Include Context

Instead of: “I can’t find my documents”

Try: “I uploaded 3 documents to my ‘Insurance’ vault yesterday, but now when I click on that vault, it shows empty”

Be Patient with Feature Requests

  • We evaluate all requests carefully
  • Some features take time to develop properly
  • We’ll keep you updated on status and timeline

  2. Try refreshing - Sometimes a simple refresh fixes temporary issues
  3. Check your internet - Ensure you have a stable connection

  1. Choose the right category - This helps us route your message correctly
  2. Be detailed - More information helps us help you faster
  3. Include relevant details - Browser, device, account info when relevant

  1. Check your email - We’ll send confirmation and updates
  2. Be responsive - If we ask follow-up questions, quick responses help
  3. Test solutions - Try our suggested fixes and let us know if they work

Common Questions

”Will my feedback actually be read?”

Yes! Every message goes directly to us. We’re a small team that personally reads and responds to all feedback.

”Can I request features that other apps have?”

Absolutely! If you’ve seen a helpful feature elsewhere, let us know. We love learning about useful functionality from other tools.

”What if my issue is urgent?”

All feedback gets quick attention, but if something is preventing you from accessing important documents, mention that in your message so we can prioritize accordingly.

”Can I suggest changes to existing features?”

Please do! Some of our best improvements come from users suggesting better ways to handle existing features.
